On Saturday, October 2, 2021 AQUABLUE’s team of riders participated in the 7th Annual Wall Street Rides FAR. Joining over 450 virtual and in-person cyclists of all ages and abilities, the event raised over $770,000 for the Autism Science Foundation.
The ride offered a choice between a 20-, 30-, or 62-mile cycling route through beautiful Saxon Woods Country Park in White Plains, NY.
AQUABLUE’s team raised $2,700 as a group and consisted of employees Jim Erickson, his wife Diane Erickson, Keegan Gibson, and Jason Coyle. They were joined by Michael Shultz, Kevin Sweeney, and Rich Olson of Societe Generale Group, and David Fabian and Marc Genovese of Citi.
The Autism Science Foundation (ASF) provides funding directly to scientists conducting cutting-edge autism research to discover the causes of autism and develop better treatments. ASF also provides information about autism to the general public and supports the needs of individuals with autism and their families.
The event was immensely enjoyable and fulfilling for all participants, and AQUABLUE is looking forward to organizing a team for next year’s event.
Mark your calendars for October 1, 2022!
