Tamala comes to AQUABLUE with over 27 years of telecom and customer service experience in various industries including Brokerage, Transportation, and the US Army.
Tamala’s telecom career began at Sprint Communications as a Customer Service Representative. From there, she went to MCI/Verizon, where she gained expertise in Customer Care, Global Sales, and Service Delivery. Her last position was with Lumen Technologies, where she spent seven years as a Service Delivery/Project Management Professional before joining AQUABLUE.

What do you enjoy most about your role at AQUABLUE as a Service Delivery Manager?
I came to AQUABLUE to build one-to-one relationships with my customers and grow their business by being there for them from the beginning to the end of their entire order. Guiding the customer through their contract lifecycle and being a part of their journey with AQUABLUE is incredibly satisfying.
I've been in telecom for a long time, with a lot of sales service experience working with larger telecommunication companies. I know exactly what AQUABLUE wants to do for their customers, and I know how to make that happen. I also have a unique perspective due to the fact that I previously was an AQUABLUE customer, so I understand firsthand what my clients need in order to build successful relationships with them.
I am impressed by how fast AQUABLUE gets things done. Everyone works together to get issues resolved as quickly as possible, so the customer can focus on running their business, not worrying about their telecom issues. That's something that I wanted to be a part of. AQUABLUE brings the entire team to the table to give our clients the dedicated, one-to-one service they expect and deserve.
